Wineries such as RGNY offer a few premium + options involving an artisanal food pairing option wherein you learn how to taste wine like a pro and another option where each person in your group receives a bottle of wine, Food family style, paletas, mineral water and board games. Sherwood House with their "Guided Tasting" offering, and many more.

Sparkling Pointe offers wine tasting with light breakfast, wine pairing with chocolate, cheese, and artisanal cheese/breads.

Mattebella Winery, generally for smaller groups, offers a unique experience with open air gazebos, gardens, country style bocce ball courts and other unique seating.  In addition, they are very personable and provide an experience to match. Their wine flights include 5 to 9 wines, with a couple of higher end food pairing options and what "we" feel are the best cheese platters and snack menu on all of Eastern Long Island.

Jamesport Vineyard is now recognized as a restaurant, NOFO Wood Fired Pizza and is offering up premium costing lunch items coupled with their ala carte wine menus. There is no all inclusive or package pricing with Jamesport Vineyard for groups of 8 or less. Guests of 9 thru 16 must choose a 2 hr package, with 2 time slots per day, approximately $100/pp.

Channing Daughters, in the Hamptons, for up to 8 Guests has considerable amount of labels for this very small winery, as well as their Vermino Vermouth. Macari Vineyard offering their private Barrel Cellar tucked under their main tasting room as well as their super premium Bergen Road Bungalows, among a couple other options making them the most expensive options on the North Fork.
